As a Social Psychology student, the perspective I have on consumer insights and the work undertaken to cater to users’ experiences is backed by social psychological principles and theories.

As a Creative Writing minor and enthusiast, I approach data and insights through a narrative lens, looking to unravel the story behind the numbers, allowing for more actionable and usable insights, understood by all those who need to use them.

Data Associate (Assessments & Management)

As a Data Associate at LeAD Labs, I am the primary person keeping our systems up-to-date on the orders for our leadership skill assessments developed by the lab - the LeadSelf and the Lead360. I make sure our spreadsheets and datasets are updated regularly, as well as handling any and all questions we receive on our lab email.

Additionally, I am responsible for generating the reports for clients taking the Lead360, ensuring all their data has been transferred correctly. I am also responsible for managing our data both on Qualtrics and across R Studio and Excel, ensuring it is being pulled accurately.

Finally, I assist on meetings for new partnerships with coaching organizations for training about our assessments, as well as research and development of AI tools and simulations to further accentuate the leadership development experience.

Graduate Assistant for International Admissions

As a Graduate Assistant for International Admissions in Claremont Graduate University’s Events & Outreach team, I have accomplished a wide range of tasks, projects, and responsibilities, ranging from event organization, customer service and relationship management, training tool development, and marketing and outreach travel.

I have delivered multiple guides and informative documents for recruiters and agents working at CGU, with tailored information on how to cater to international students as well as different resources for their particular problems. This also came with 50+ tailored messages, promotional material folders, and potential scripts and messaging that can be used in student interactions.

In addition to all of this, I have traveled with the recruitment team to student fairs to talk to prospective students and inform them about CGU and its qualities, getting to know their preferred programs, and answering any questions they may have.

Client Services Intern

In my internship at DViO Digital Services, a digital marketing and advertising agency, I primarily worked on two brands, with many individual projects in between.

For Loca Loka, an Indo-Mexican tequila brand, I analyzed the UI/UX of the websites of competitor tequila brands, proofread all the copywrites for the website, and helped logically organize all the material on the website for consumers accessing it.

For DeliverDirect, a subsidiary collaboration between SmartKargo and Delta, I conducted an extensive competitive analysis of all possible competitors, the different social channels they utilized, and the content they posted on there as B2B-focused options. I also analyzed the websites of competitors to determine the information needed on DeliverDirect’s website.

Finally, I also worked one-off projects on other brands like RazorPay and a to-be-released skincare brand, where I examined content posted on their competitors’ social medias, put together comprehensive lists of recommendations for content that they could post, and the general social media brand image they could curate.
